4. Accuracy of Results

While we strive to provide accurate speed test results, Cluck-o-Meter makes no guarantees regarding the precision or reliability of measurements. Results are influenced by many factors including:

  • Your internet service provider (ISP) and plan
  • Network congestion and time of day
  • Wi-Fi signal strength and interference
  • Device hardware and software limitations
  • Browser capabilities and extensions
  • Geographic distance to test servers

Speed test results should be used as general indicators and not as definitive measurements for contractual or legal purposes.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our approach to data:

  • No personal accounts or sign-ups are required
